After signing the contract, you should make the first payment that is usually 50% of the charter rate and the remaining 50% + taxes for expenses to cover fuel, marinas etc. (APA) should be paid 30 days before departure. If the charter is booked less than 30 days before departure, payment must be made in full upon signing the contract.

For these expenses, we estimate an APA about 25% to 35% of the charter rate, that must be paid together with final payment.
The "extras" would be the gratuities offered to the crew, which is usually 10% to 15% of the charter rate, not including the APA.
